The side ruching really does hug your waist in a flattering way, and I like that the padding is sewn in so it doesn’t shift around during a workout. Medium-high support is spot on for yoga and light lifting, though I wouldn’t run in it.

The built-in sports bra with sewn-in padding is a huge win—no extra layer needed, just throw it on and go. I wore it for a light workout and the medium-high support kept everything in place comfortably. The side ruching is a nice touch that flatters without feeling restrictive.

The side ruching really does its job—it hugs my waist in a way that makes the silhouette look intentional, not just tight. I wore it for a spin class and the medium-high support kept everything secure without feeling like a cage.
