I was skeptical about the "hugging fit" warning, but sizing up one size was the right call — it stays put during deadlifts and burpees without any digging. The fabric really does feel like butter, soft against the skin but supportive through my whole session.

I went one size up and it holds everything in place perfectly for my runs and yoga sessions, though I can see why they don't recommend it for bigger chests.
