DW 3-Pack Resistance Band

The three bands give me just enough variety to cycle through upper and lower body moves without ever stopping to adjust weights. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now, and the resistance feels consistent from rep to rep, which keeps my form honest.

These bands have held up through months of daily use without any fraying or loss of tension, which is more than I can say for cheaper sets I've tried. The medium one is perfect for my warm-up routine, and the carrying pouch makes it easy to toss in my gym bag.
