The medium band has just the right amount of tension for my at-home strength sessions, and the set covers everything from lighter stretches to tougher pulls. I've been using them three times a week and they still feel solid with no fraying or snapping.

The green band is perfect for my warm-up stretches, and the set gives me enough variety to switch up exercises without leaving the living room. I've been using them three times a week and they still hold their tension like day one.

The three bands give me just enough variety to cycle through upper and lower body moves without ever stopping to adjust weights. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now, and the resistance feels consistent from rep to rep, which keeps my form honest.
