The waistband stays put through my entire squat session, which is rare for me. Only gripe is the fabric feels a bit thick for hot summer gym days, but the compression is worth it.

The seamless compression is solid during squats, and I like that it doesn't go sheer under the bar. But the waistband rolls down a bit when I bend over for deadlifts, which is annoying mid-set. It's a decent legging overall, just not the perfect fit I hoped for.
