Bought this for hot yoga and the four-way stretch is no joke—I can twist into every pose without the fabric fighting me. The mesh sides keep it breathable enough that I'm not soaked by the end of class.
The mesh detailing on the sides actually lets some air in, which I didn’t expect during a hot yoga flow. The four-way stretch fabric hugs just right without digging in, and it’s held its shape after multiple washes so far.
