My grip on pull-ups used to give out before my back did, but these straps lock my hands in place so tight I can actually finish my sets. The cow leather is sturdy yet breaks in nicely, and they’ve taken the strain off my wrists completely during bent rows.
The leather on these is legit — thick and sturdy, but it doesn’t dig into my palms during heavy pull-ups. My grip stays locked in place on bent rows now, which I honestly didn’t expect from straps this simple.
